Mr. Bowes is responsible for the overall supervision of survey projects, field crews, subcontractors, quality control, and client relations. He has over 20 years of combined experience in engineering and construction surveying.   He has supervised and coordinated assignments for Field Crews, AutoCAD operation, Microstation operation, Subdivision layout and design, engineering computations and preliminary design, and client relations.  He is also trained in the maintenance and operation of survey equipment, survey crew operations and supplies, instrument operation, surveying practices, and applications.

In his consulting career, Mr. Maness has gained broad-based experience in all phases of Civil Engineering including analysis, design, permitting, contracting and construction administration.  He has worked closely with a variety of clients in both the public and private sector including commercial, residential, industrial and military users.  Mr. Maness has also had the opportunity to perform Hydrologic and Hydraulic Analyses and remedial design for both regulated and non-regulated dams across North Carolina
